Downeast Pilates offers group mat classes and private or semi-private instruction on mat and all of the major apparatus including the Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrels and Ped-O-Pul. A typical session begins on the mat or Reformer and progresses to other apparatus depending on individual needs.
